Good evening Chef! This is my first time that my "pasalubong" from a seminar/cooking class is appreciated! I have attended several baking/cooking class before, and as usual, I always have something to bring home for my family. I normally asked them how was it? (I mean the taste/flavor). They would just answer "ok lang...", being careful not to hurt me. But this time, right after eating the "fruit cake" and the "food for the gods", they said "Ang sarap naman nito Annie!". "Saan mo to natutunan?" I told them that my teacher came from States!
Talagang masarap ang recipes mo! (No kidding!) Keep up the very good work Chef! We hope that you won't stop sharing what you have learned from the U.S. May the Good Lord bless you MORE and your school!
Sincerely,
Mary Ann Manalo

"everytime i bake now... a success. The 4day baking class really taught me what

doneness,...etc, i undertsand now why the others are now suki in your class.

many thanks for teaching us the ins and outs of baking. You built my confidence and I can now look at a recipe and think easy-peasy! The daunting prospect of not knowing when to stop beating, what soft/stiff peaks are, etc... is a thing of the past, but this doesn't mean I'm an expert. There's still a lot of practicing to do especially with my inedible buns and I have yet to make a siopao and egg pie!!Again, many thanks and more power!

hi chef kc! really had a good time in your class yesterday! learned a lot from you! i like your hands-on style in teaching (kakapagod lang hehe pero worth it). galing! would definitely recommend you to other bakers and aspiring bakers/entrepreneurs. btw, just tasted the pound cake...sarap!

Hi, Chef KC!
As I go back to where I came from (you know!), I will surely bring with me not only the lovely recipes you've given us during the course but also the positive ATTITUDE you showed all of us in Batch 3. It transcends in you the passion in teaching others... you surely love what you are doing because you do what you love most...baking!
Your recipes are not just yummy (true!) but also very practical/affordable. A pragmatic approach to baking is the best way to cook!...less stress and a happy, smiling cook! 'Yon ang lagi kong matatandaan sa klase natin...ang daling matuto kapag magaling ang guro (siyempre ikaw yun, chef KC) at ang sarap magluto kapag masaya ka, di ba?
More Power to BPA. I will surely want to visit again in the future...maybe have another course with BPA. I will surely recommend BPA to all I know who has interest in baking.
Take care, Chef KC!
GO...GO...GO, Batch 3! Miss ko na kayo!
