Thank you to my mentors... now I'm sharing the passion, leadership and discipline you have taught me. To President Tim Ryan, Dean Martinez, Chef Migoya, Chef Schorner, Chef Kastel, Chef Brasch and the rest of my instructors, thank you for the tough, challenging but rewarding experience at The Culinary Institute of America (CIA) . As promised, I will continue to be grateful and share what I have learned. "Preparation is everything" , recalling my foundation for baking and pastry arts will forever keep my passion burning. Looking back as freshman at the institute, the simple words I always remember is that "It's all up to us" (students) to make the most out of this name we are carrying, and that is to respect and speak food.
